Milan lost to rivals Inter at the weekend while Juve suffered a shock defeat at Verona.
The Rossoneri edge past Torino in their cup quarter-final clash, winning 4-2 after extra-time.
The Old Lady, meanwhile, saw off Roma to reach the final four.

The cup first-leg will take place on Thursday, February 13 and will kick off at 7.45pm UK time – that is 8.45pm in Italy.
The match is being held at the San Siro.
Juve beat Milan in their Serie A clash in November 1-0 thanks to Paulo Dybala’s winner in Turin.
