Arsenal came from behind to secure a 3-1 win over West Ham to end their nine-game winless run on Monday night.

Three goals in nine second-half minutes from Gabriel Martinelli, Nicolas Pepe and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang gave Freddie Ljungberg his first win in interim charge.

Arsenal’s woeful run looked set to continue when Angelo Ogbonna put West Ham in front in the 38th minute.

However, the Gunners’ second-half blitz lifts them up to ninth in the table and mounts pressure on Hammers boss Manuel Pellegrini, whose side remain just a point above the relegation zone.
